We applied and were told we were approved. I called Yesterday on Thursday and the agent Zach texted could meet us today to sign lease and we call this morning and we are told the place was rented. At the last minute. His dad told me when I called yesterday his son was handling the rental how could he not know someone put a deposit on it yesterday when he texted me he was at work and could not call or answer the phone. Very unprofessional and pushed us to the last minute to find another place.
Billy is such a nice man. He runs business smoothly and takes care of you when needed! Thank you for everything you do Billy!
He is a the best landlord anyone could dream of... I have lived here for years and I have really enjoyed being here.
Decker properties works with his or her tenants on issue or concerns regarding his properties. I would recommend his properties.
Hate to do this but I'm giving 1 star due to Billy Decker's unprofessionalism in dealing with a prospective home buyer.
