We bought a house with Decca and our realtor was Tom Reeves. He is fantastic, very professional and he goes way beyond what could be expected. He stayed in touch and kept us well informed before, during and even after closing. He also helped us with other things, such as getting us help with unloading our moving truck and many other things. He stayed on top of other things like the roof replacement. He is absolutely wonderful, by far the best realtor that we have ever met. We cannot express enough how great he is and how much we loved doing business with him and getting to know him. Lois Lane and Louise Serago were great! Helpful is so many areas such as getting arrangements with consignment shops for furniture sales. Lois even had my 60 year old wedding dress made into a look alike dress and fashioned it on a stuffed teddy bear. What a welcome sentimemtal gift and surprise. Google maps takes you THRU the neighborhood to get to the garage side of the "front" of the home. Disregard those directions and look for the signage out front by the main road, those are more accurate.
