Worst experience ever with Debbie Siena! False information, horrible communication, dishonesty and disrespectful! I’m first time home buyer She Wasted 2 months of my time and my realtor time after giving me a pre-approval for sometimes way out of my budget ($300k off)! Her excuse “she miscalculated“ Makes absolutely no sense! We all make mistakes, at least be professional and owned up to it! Absolutely no, she was rude on top of it and refused to even call and explain. SecurityNational Mortgage should be ashamed of themselves having her working for them! If she is that lousy at first step, imagine going further with the process!! Stay away please.
Debbie is the best, she helped us buying a condo! This lady can move mountains, always updated us and was able to close after a lot of hard work ! She really knows her stuff!
