Currently , my children and I are in survival mode because the owner of this company refuse to return our security deposit. I completed the inspection to move out and wasn’t given all walk through upon exiting out the lease. The unexpected storm hit us this May and delayed some things with moving . She communicated with me up until the time I vacant the premises. Debbie is not a woman of her word and she really hurt me on how she handle the situation. Please please be careful with renting from this company please.

Slow of to respond to maintenance requests. We had a leaking faucet outside that was costing us money, but after 3 requests and 2 months they finally fixed it. When we looked at house before we moved in, it was dirty. Debbie assured us it would be cleaned. We were moving from Venice,Florida and came back twice with loads and house was still dirty with same dead roaches on floors. Debbie stated house was cleaned 3 times, while we were gone, but could not explain the same dead roaches. We finally cleaned it ourselves. Upon moving out we noticed a container was missing from spare room where we had boxes and containers we did not unpack. We know it was there as we moved it in ourselves. If you use this Realtor to rent a house, make sure you get everything in writing, take pictures and install

Debbie Lewis and her staff are very personable and professional. I am confident in their abilities to handle all my real estate needs. Never met a more diligent, effective, and kind group of people. I'm closing on my house very soon!
