We just closed on our first home 4/12. We had the most wonderful experience with Deb. She is very responsive and informative. She knows the ins and out of every angle of the realestate business. She informed me first of needing a lender whom which she refered and requested a pre-approval letter right away... side note : the lender was great as well and they worked wonderfully together. We got our preapproval letter within a few days. Then we were on the hunt for our new home:) As we were shopping she was extremely tentative and patient.
