Deauville Apartments(Managed by Crescendo Homes Inc.)

My spouse and I lived here for almost three years. We had a really good experience living here. The management is very helpful, and handles needed repairs immediately. I was surprised a few times because something that I considered "minor" they took care of right away. The manager is tough on people who try to cause trouble in the complex, and we never had any problems while living here. The only reason why we moved is because we inherited a house after a relative passed away. The manager was so kind and helpful during this difficult time. She helped us get out of our current lease and made sure that our full security deposit was refunded. I would highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a good place to live.

For the price it was a good apartment. BUT management was horrible. CONNIE (manager) was horrible. I wish I would of did my research and looked at all the reviews before I moved in. She is nice at first and then she gets crazy and wants to be in your business. She has other residents watching you and who you have in your apartment. she tells you that you can not have company for more then a week. I had my nephew come stay 3 weeks on college vacation and she acted as it was a problem. She will also let MARK her repair man in your apartment when your not home to snoop around.!!!! they are not to be trusted. Before you move in just ask the neighbors about her and mark. Things don't get fixed, shes nagging, oh and she will call the cops on you for LIES and say it wasn't her. she just a coke

I've been here since 2012 management USED to be nice.. within a year we have called police regarding people sleeping in the basement.. tells us this is a management issue.. I guess once someone gets hurt they will not do anything.

I've been to the complex a few times to observe the front office an their workings, i've also gathered complaints from several residents during this Pandemic; What i've discovered is both alarming as well as a obvious disregard for Human life during a Pandemic. A few residents that reside their has fallen behind on their rent an some with their utilitys, an according to all information, A Ms. Connie who works front-office is going around handing out Eviction Notices During a Pandemic that is only getting worse, clearly shows on her behalf, that she does not care about the clients, The Property Management Company has no Heart for it's tenants. I just find it very alarming also that the buisness has FRONT-LINE WORKERS living their who's also struggling an yet their treated no differently bu

Connie is very caring and helpful and cracks down on crime. Mark the maintainace man always ensures my repairs are met in a timely manner. Debbie helped me move to a larger apartment and my deposit carried over.
