Todd Dearth designed and built our home. We have been ever so pleased since the day we moved in a few years ago. The quality is top notch, the value incredible. Easy to work with, Todd is professional and responsive to the client's needs. Evidence in point, he built our home in Texas at a time we were still living in New Mexico. We consulted with three different builders before selecting Todd for our major remodel. Todd's vision, experience and commitment to our budget and timeline made him the easy choice. He converted an existing garage and added a foyer, laundry, garage and apartment. His design took into account the existing driveway, gardens and oak trees. This was very important to us and he made sure the design took these considerations into account when presenting his ideas. The transition into our current house from the addition is perfect! We worked with Todd Dearth when we did a major remodeling project on a home we purchased. Todd was the original builder, and the former owner highly recommended him. Dearth Design and Construction designed and built our retirement home in 2017. The process began with a meeting where my wife and I described, in general terms, what we envisioned for our retirement home in Driftwood. Todd took several weeks to design the home and when we saw the plans, we were very excited. He captured perfectly what we envisioned. We were so pleased to that point, we quickly elected to have Todd handle the construction. The construction process went smoothly and without any issues. Todd Dearth was responsive and committed to making our dream a reality. Along the way, he displayed the experience to handle any issue. Perhaps the best compliment I can pay is that we were treated fairly, professionally, and remain friends some 3 years after completion of our home.
