De Soto Park Apartments

Does not have fitness center Roaches are in my bed and on my stove in my food. They refused to speak to the Attorney General and the BBB. No AC or Heat during winter. There has been no attempt to call an electrician or HVAC to rectify the situation. Also an eviction notice was placed on my door which was for non payment of rent after paying $800 dollars. This was done to several residents who had paid their rent in full. The maintenance men loiter around the apartment complex instead of maintaining the complex. They can be seen picking up trash and loitering and playing as the enter and exit residents apartments. The disrespect from the new management company is disgusting. It was better when we had the thieves as management. Wogan claimed they were going to do so much but all they did

It is absolutely ridiculous in this age of modernity that anyone should be paying over $1,000.00 per month for rent and have to deal with a roach infestation. I have left too many voicemails and voiced my concerns in person about the problem with the roaches and nothing has been done. I've had to throw away food because of roaches. Roaches are crawling on me while I sleep. You cannot leave a drink or food unattended without having to worry if roaches will overtake it. There are roaches in my refrigerator and freezer. I have never had such an unpleasant living experience as this and I have been renting apartments since 1991. Do not even consider this complex unless you want to deal with a roach infestation.

My experience living here have been up and down it’s a ok apartment but I been having ongoing problems with my downstairs neighbors they rude and loud and think it’s okay to have the tv BLASTING ON 100 while me and my 6 month old is trying to sleep and does it on purpose and I’m getting the run around about what the office is going to do to stop this it’s been going on for the 2 yrs I been here and it’s getting ridiculous and not only that they think it’s okay to pull guns out with a bunch a kids around and there still living here which is ridiculous that’s grounds for termination cause a unsafe environment for everyone around which is NOT okay ! If it was anyone else they would of been served eviction papers fast but hopefully the owner sees this and does something about these problems

Listening I know we all need a place to call home but I'll rather call the street home until I'm blessed with something liveable. Just take a stroll doing the day time and night and you will see. It's just sad all away around the board. They had a 99 move in special and omg.. I wouldn't pay 99 cents. I mean where is the money going. The gate been laying across the grass for about a year. Just go to a hotel. Hell add maybe 20 to 30 to that 99 dollars and boom you got a week stay at a hotel

I love it. Sandy the manager is a great person. She's definitely on her job. I love the area that I'm in the apartment is so spacious. Her maintenance crew is great. Anything goes wrong they are definitely on it. It you decided to take a visit definitely ask for Sandy. She has a heart of gold. She's always there with open ears just let her know. She always answering her call even if you leave a message. Glad they have her out here
