Poor communication, unwilling to meet with tenants in timely manner to go over month to month statements. Attempted to communicate via multiple emails inquiring about payments that have been sent and when trying to schedule an appointment to meet in person they refuse to meet. Horrible customer service and unbelievable that they are unwilling to meet with tenants.

Your associate, Paul Serafin, is a very unstable, hateful man who likely has a drug problem. While my interaction with him was not directly related to anything regarding real estate, it was very disturbing. If any of your clients report any kind of issue with him....believe them. He is not a good guy. He had a simple task tonight, to professionally handle a mistake he made that cost me income, and he handled it with threats and lies. There is simply no way I can simply let that go without trying to warn anyone else who may try to conduct ANY type of business with him. His supervisor is welcome to inquire about this review and request I call and explain. I was the lucky winner of tickets to a DBacks spring training game at Talking Stick thru a digital contest sponsored by DeRito Partners. Could not believe it when I got the email about winning. They delivered the tickets to my home, the seats were great and we had a great time. Thank you DeRito for putting on your contest. We do enjoy the Pavilions quite often as well.
