DCI Property Management

I have been with DCI for almost 3 years and I've never been happier with a company or a property manager. The property and apartments are so well taken care of. The property manager Tea is amazing and so quick to respond. I had an issue about a year ago with my dryer not drying and they went above and beyond with vent cleaning and ended up just getting me a new set. Best and safest place I've ever lived I really don't ever want to move!

They've been great to deal with. Tea and the team at DCI have been great and seem like landlords that care and are proud of their property. Rent is decently priced, but for the proximity to my workplace, nowhere can beat this, and offer room for our pups to run around! When we had some issues with one of our utilities, they responded immediately and worked to get the issue resolved. They also issued us a rental credit for the issue, which I thought was very kind and thoughtful. I've worked with AWFUL property management companies that only care about the property owners and their bottom line; DCI are NOT those type of people. Overall great to work with and they've been really helpful and accommodating with our home purchasing schedule and lease end date.

I’ve had a great experience with DCI, as well as the property manager Tea; the complex is always really well maintained, and they’ve done really fun holiday contests like door decorating. There is great communication when/if needed, and Tea is always really inviting and helpful. Cleaning and maintenance crews are awesome and friendly. Highly recommend!
