DC Heights Apartments

I have lived here for two years now and can’t say enough good things about the Staff that works here. They have not only been responsive to issues but also immediately. And respond back either email and text very quickly! Blake and Savanah take their job seriously. For real they care about helping to get things done. Very rare in the apartment world. My service request this morning was handled in 15 minutes! Being downtown Chandler is also a blessing in that you walk across the street and have access to lattes and restaurants without needing to drive. Very nice complex with a beautiful pool and hot tub area. Great experience😎

We recently moved here and love it! Enjoying our new surroundings and prime location! Blake and Savannah are professional and personable! They are attentive and accommodating. We feel right at home!

My partner and I toured this property a couple days ago and loved it! Blake was super helpful and informative. It’s also at a great location in downtown chandler, perfect spot to live. We’re not ready to move yet but this will be top of our list when we are ready!

The front office staff are the best, from the time I decided to take a tour back in March 2024 until now October 2024, I've not had one negative experience with the staff. The same goes for any maintenance issues the property has had (which there has been very few)......they are always quick to get whatever the issue might be fixed in a timely matter. For being in downtown Chandler the cost of living here is very reasonable as well. 5 stars, I'd recommend to anyone looking to live in this part of the valley.

Blake in the leasing office was great. He was very helpful finding something that met our needs. By far the best experience I have had leasing an apartment.
