I work in healthcare so I’m not one to leave reviews. I know how difficult people can be and working in the customer service industry is hard. But omg I have never been spoken to so demeaningly in a 3 minute phone conversation EVER. If you are thinking about renting or purchasing a home/property managed by this company, save yourself the frustration and find somewhere else. I have had 2 short phone conversations with Ms. Maryke Guild twice and both times she was as nasty and unpleasant as can be. The first time was regarding a check that was return mailed back to me because the address was vacant… the address was using the payment book they sent out for residents to use. But somehow that was my fault and I was told to “drop it off at the office.” No one followed up with me as to why they s

This is hands down the most frustrating company I’ve ever tried to work with. My family found a home that would’ve been perfect for us, but it’s managed by this absolutely ridiculous company. Just to view the property, they demanded everyone’s income, three months of bank statements, and IDs. I get needing ID for security, but the rest? Completely over the top just to walk through a house. I’d gladly provide that info if we were actually applying, but not just to tour it. To top it off, when my wife called to get clarification, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and condescending. No professionalism, no customer service—just attitude. Honestly, I don’t know how this company is still in business.

If I could leave a 0 I would! I live in a townhouse community in Ormond Beach that this company manages. Each townhouse is individually owned. There is an HOA that lives on property. In the past 2 years I have had a $200 bicycle stolen out of my pad locked private enclosed patio. Myself and several neighbors have had to contact the police due to teenagers climbing on our roofs and looking into our bedrooms and living room skylight. We have had to call police out 5 times due to the disturbance of people fighting and loud boming car stereos from the drug dealers this company moved in a year ago! I've had to smell and look at 8 huge bags of garbage that sat outside on the neighbors behind me patio. Just had my current year registration sticker stolen off my car parked in front of my townhouse

They can't be bothered to call back or answer their text messages. Also sending violations for items that are illegal according to the new hoa laws passed last summer on 7/1/2024

Where do I begin !!!!!Mr. Guild made our family weekend memorable ! We screwed up and didn’t know about HOA rules and had work to be done to our home ! In less than 4 hours he was able to assist which I feel him and his team understood and had empathy that things do happen. My spouse and I are military members and this really meant something to us because I am deploying soon. Thank you and your team! You didn’t leave us hanging or stop communication through whole process until the outcome !! 100% recommended and care about our needs. Daytona Realty is definitely a keeper !
