Signed a 2 year lease was a mistake they dont fix anything or remove snow. homeless people in the lobby. The garage isn't secure so things get stolen. The property manger just walks into you apartment.

This was the worst apartment by far. Landlord was absolutely terrible with no communication whatsoever. First moved in and the fridge wasn’t working at all, never got a new one for the entire year because he would never get back to us. Smells terrible all the time. Homeless people sleep in the entryway. Guy who lives there is on serious drugs who screams a lot and passed out in the hallway once, ambulance came. Landlord robbed us of a security deposit even though he never communicated and never kept the place running smoothly. So many problem in this apartment. Do not recommend. If I could get it 0 stars I would.

It's a great place to raise a family environmental friendly glad Mr.Day allows pets as long as you keep up with your animal takes care of things and is a great person and overall the best landlord I had in a very long time I recommend definitely renting an apartment from Mr.Day

I absolutely love this place! It is in a great area where you can find all kinds of stores, it is approximately 10 min from the interstate as well. The owner has worked very hard on keeping this property in very good conditions. Very important thing to mention is that we count with 2 washers and 2 dryers on each floor in each building/It can’t get any better than that! In this area it is rare to find 3 bedroom properties and especially for the amount that we pay. Rents here in Mount Pleasant go for a property like this for about $1500-$1800 so it is definitely a great price that you will be paying here at this amazing property!

We stay here almost for 7 years. The location is great , 2 mins walking distance from UWM. ,Various restaurants and bus route as well as a lot of stress parking available. Apartment is very spacious with large windows. washer, dryer and storage room were provided at basement. Management system and landlord are very professional and helpful. Provided maintenance survives in timely manner. I highly recommend this place to stay .
