From the moment I talked to Josh about selling my house, he went above and beyond in guiding and helping me with getting it listed, putting signage up, getting my roof and water heater replaced and purchasing a new dishwasher. He helped me through the inspection and answered all of my thousands of questions. The whole process went smoothly and the house sold in two days! He also helped me with getting my home cleared of clutter, finding a PODS company and movers and assisted me in getting my things to NJ! He was patient and kind and made the whole process as painless and enjoyable as possible. Josh has been in the area for years and knows many, many people who were all wonderful to work with! The entire experience was a most positive one.
