Dawn handled the mortgages for both of my daughter's and my own houses. When I ran into difficultly due to a complicated financial situation, due to my various sources of funding, Dawn worked with me late into the evening to help sort our the mess, before my successful closing. I will forever be grateful for her assistance in that situation. Plus, Dawn was very easy to work with which made the difficult situation much better. I highly recommend her.

Dawn was absolutely great to work with! I refinanced a few rental properties with her. She took her time to review multiple options to find the best fit and was great at communicating and answering any questions I had. I highly recommend working with her or referring her to someone that needs any of her services!

Dawn did no work to get my loan done. Sat on 1 house for a month thinking we were closing in a week only to find out we didn’t have a loan. The seller is devastated, we the buyers were devastated. I had to send her papers 4-5 times and then turn around and send them to Logan her asst as well. Unprofessional, would not recommend her to anyone. If there were an option for no stars I’d choose that. Just bad business and customer service.
