Davis Preserve

well, 1st, this place seems to have "3" diff names showing on MAPS! it's very confusing for visitors! our very 1st week here we got food delivered & already it went to the wrong place! (lal) ...also our 1st week (barely moved in!), fridge went, & the entire 1st floor had a flood under it & it all had to "come up"! "DURING THE HOLIDAYS"! walked on cold concrete floor for a month (with very few rugs)! some idiot put a couple reg bulbs in the ceiling's recess lighting so it sticks out of the ceiling! NO🫣ONE SAW THIS??? liteswitch's really FAR from the kitchen & in garage! (🤦‍♀️WTH? lol) 🤔NOOO LIGHTING IN BEDRMS & switches go to no outlets (what r they for then)..!? i WILL say tho, mngmnt did step up! i can go on but, it was micky moused! however, it IS a cute place.

Great little community of townhouses. Always clean and quiet, tucked down a road to keep you away from busy McGregor. Right down the street from the outlets and a few minutes from the beach. There's a community pool that's well maintained, the townhouses are 2 story with a very modern look, open concept, high ceilings and huge master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom. Great location, neighborhood and management!

Extremely unprofessional. I called just to “inquire” and the ladies working at the main office should do something else because your going to cost them money! Immediately, I was given a leasing agent’s number whose voicemail was full rather than simply answering my questions. Additionally, when I called back, crystal, was extremely rude and cut me off more than twice. I’m glad that I dodged a bullet. Be careful getting into a lease with these folks.

Small community feeling within minutes of everything Ft. Myers Florida has to offer.
