Davis Estate Apartments

Lived here almost 2 years. Rent is average. The apartments are really old and have quite a bit of problems including old pipes with bad plumbing, windows that don’t seal and get mold in the windowsills, thin walls/floors, Any problems fixed in there are very much landlord specials (at least speaking for the apartments we were in, not the couple that got built within the last year). Also, keep in mind You are right behind Les Schwab. You will hear them throwing tires VERY LOUDLY multiple times a week at like 3am. remember thin walls. you can her people talking outside very clearly. Not ran professionally. We had property management changed three times within the span of living there for not even two years :| Also, they are always up in your apartment, it used to be in-person for “check-ins”

Rent is up 50% in 3 years, the walls are thin, windows aren't sealed, cabinets are crap, little is provided and everyone else seems to have pets but us despite my asking and being denied even when the lease allowed for them. Shameless property owners even tried to bribe me to take down my last review. Glad I could help pay for your new units. I should also mention several of the positive reviews here are from the family that owns the property, which violates Google's rules on reviews in the first place. Severe moral bankruptcy.

There have been plenty of issues recently where we have been told there was one thing in our lease and it says nothing about it. They even lied to us about pets and we have plenty of people who have cats and dogs around the premises. It doesn't matter who we talk to. They are all disrespectful and demand more from their tenants than they are willing to give. For instance we had an HVAC employee check our filter and it turned out the main system on the outside of the building wasn't cleaned for a few months. Fire hazard anyone? They even took my partner into the office and offered her a bribe of 50 dollars to take down a bad review. Not to mention the thinly veiled threats and on top of that my partner took down her review to be cordial. That 50 dollars wasn't even applied or given. If th

I lived here for a year and it was a great experience! My apartment was super cute with a ton of windows and a really good sized laundry room for an apartment. There were a lot of built in shelves too which made organizing easy. Overall cute place with a cute playground.

Property owners towed my moving truck while I was at work because "it didn't have a parking pass" when it was there for less than 24 hours. Didn't even attempt to find out who the truck belonged to or give any notices of towing the truck. Property Management was as helpful as they could be about the situation. Obviously couldn't do much for us since the Property Owners don't care about new renters who are wanting to live on their property. The owners don't even have the common courtesy to contact me about the situation and hide behind their property Manager who didn't do anything wrong. Won't talk about any kind of reimbursment for getting the truck back. Sadly have to give these owners my money for a year cause just started a lease.
