Davies Ranch

I visited many apartment communities while searching for a place to live, but out of all of them, Davies Ranch provided a truly exceptional experience. Angelica was especially attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I received the best possible offer, always taking the time to help resolve any challenges I encountered. I’d also like to thank Roxy, who was incredibly professional from day one and dedicated a great deal of time to thoroughly explain everything about the community and the apartment.

I have just moved into this apartment, and from the moment we toured the property up to now, everyone at the front office has been incredibly friendly and helpful. I initially worked with Aracely, and later with Roxi and Angelica as well—all of them have been great to work with. The apartment complex is relatively new, and the property is clean and quiet. So far so good!

We have always had a great experience when it comes to the maintenance of our apartment. Alexander Garcia has been polite, kind, and so quick to help when we have an issue. Knowing you will get the help you deserve when needed is a great feeling. 10/10

I've lived here for a year, and half of that time I didn't have hot water because of Texas gas service, for literally no reason even after I sent them my ID, Lease agreement and more. I understand this is not a Davis ranch issue but beware cause it was a issue I had that was never resolved! Beware of building 13 parking. I've seen my fair share of bad parking and have parked bad myself however. These parking spaces are so small that they are probably barley legal. Most people double parked next here which is fine until they enforced towing. I have a picture showing almost every car double parked here and got my car towed to today for being a considerate person and not parking on top of another persons car. This place is a scam, 295$ to get my car out on top of this. I do not recommend livi

Had a great experience learning about the property with Angelica and Roxy! I was assisted by another helpful leasing agent as well but I unfortunately don’t have her information. Looking forward to moving in!
