I lived in a property Davidson managed for 2 years and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. They were always responsive, prompt and professional with maintenance requests and concerns, as well as just friendly and communicative in general. With so many previous rental experiences I've felt like the owners and management were doing the legal bare minimum and trying to extract as much money from me as humanly possible--it was very refreshing to remember the people you're renting from can actually care about you and your quality of life.

We rented from Davidson Realty for 1 1/2 years and it was a great experience. By far the best company we've rented from. Our unit was clean and in great condition, and our rent was a fair price. They were reasonable and honest, always returned our phone calls, any time we had a maintenance issue it was fixed promptly and correctly. The grounds were well-kept. Office personnel, maintenance and landscapers were all friendly. Moving out was a hassle-free experience. We'd rent from them again in a heartbeat, and we always recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent. -Tawny Aubrey

My partner and I have lived in a property manged by Davidson Realty for the last year and a half. I have to say, they are the best management company, HANDS DOWN, that I've EVER dealt with. They are a bit old fashioned and still seem to really care about their tenants. They are communicative, kind, understanding, and on top of things. Whenever we have called about a plumbing issue or some kind of repair, they come within a couple of day, if not that same day. They paid for the yard care and responded to our complaints about the company when they weren't doing a good enough job. They also have always been good with our dogs. I've owned my own homes for years and have only rented from 2 companies. The 1st was not to my liking. Davidson Realty has been a wonderful company to lease from. They have been very responsive to the few issues I have have had and their rental rates are very good. They seem like an old fashioned landlord with integrity and are not just chasing a buck!
