What an amazing builder with great floor plans. I knew the Magnolia was the plan for us as soon as I walked into the kitchen. We immediately started a contract. Kacey and Ali the site managers and Carl the broker were absolutely phenomenal. What a great team Davidson Homes assembled. Extremely professional, attentive and easy to communicate and work with. The home was built ahead of schedule due to the dedicated craftsmen and leadership of Kasey and Ali. The home inspector found a few minor issues that were quickly addressed and resolved. We are extremely grateful that we chose Davidson homes for our forever home. My customer and I came to the Springvale Townhome community in Fuquay Varina, NC on a Saturday afternoon.
