EDITED: Have never been contacted despite sending email. Definitely avoid building in Jacksonville FL with David Weekley unless you want to be treated horribly at every point in the process. From being yelled at and told to "build it yourself" by a sales agent after he'd had a few drinks. Then empty promises during the building process, and then code issues that they refuse to resolve. We have had multiple windows break and leak due to extreme "settling" (they claim) that we have had to pay to replace. We have large bumps in the floor upstairs where the trusses are coming through the floor, again due to "settling", large cracks in the ceiling one of which has opened 4 times now.
