I contacting this company that was highly recommended on the Waterford lakes facebook group and I am so glad that I did! David answered my inquiry about refinancing my home. Much like the other reviews, David was friendly, attentive and made the process so easy. Even when an issue came up, David came in solved it for me. I contacted several different mortgage brokers and David’s lenders were the absolute best and he proved me 4 different rate options. All 4 of his lenders beat out every single competitor. David takes pride in his work and he really wants what’s best for his clients. He broke down every single loan option with me so that I fully understand everything that was happening. Than you David! You have a client for life!

We had a great experience working with Jay. Our mortgage had some added complexity as we are currently overseas. Jay was very good at finding the right mortgage for us and obtaining the documentation that our situation required. Correspondence was timely and responses from him were always helpful, even though we were several times zones away. Highly recommend.
