David Pearson Communities

David Pearson has no morals and will take money from communities for services he does not provide. Be warned, he was sued by Riverwood for over 3 years and the Cobb County courts is run by “ the good ole boy system” is the only reason he was not forced to pay back HOA Fees. He was taking $90,000 a year in fees for less than a 200 home community BE AWARE BE DOING BUSINESS WITH PEARSON

If I could give 0 stars I would but that is not an option. I should have listened to my realtor, as well as the listing agent of the house when they advised me not to buy into my neighborhood. The annual dues are the highest in Bartow County at $1,750, residents are not included in any HOA meetings, there has been no new construction for near a decade and no buildings are allowed to be built. The Covenants and Restrictions are like a ball and chain and selling your home competitively is challenging given this businesses reputation.

I would advise everyone to stay far away from this community. To not allow a flag to be flown more then 23 days a year is wrong. My husband served this country my son is 100% disabled from serving this country and my son-in-law is heading for his 2nd tour of serving. They fought for our right to fly our flag and it is unconstitutional to deny that right.

Recently moved into the neighborhood and can't get David Pearson communities to answer their phone, return e-mails, and even their fax number fails when I tried to fax them. We have not received a copy of our covenents nor our keys to the amenities. Does anybody know how to get these people to respond? Love the neighborhood, but so far not impressed with this company.

ZERO STARS! David Pearson Commuties is planning to build a neighborhood on Brown Road in Powder Springs, destroying a beautiful pasture. If you consider buying, hope you have good flood insurance and love mosquitoes.
