LARRY WECHTER IS THE Worst agent EVER!!! Prejudice and maybe racist. Always gives you excuses for not going through with any execution of purchase or lease. Has absolutely no skill; always has someone in the background telling him what to do. Phone conversations will be between you and third party (whoever is guiding him). Very Surprising that he is still in business. Can't imagine ANYONE satisfied with his services. Don't use this person if you VALUE your time. Made me WASTE application fees for THREE people only to have him give me excuses that didn't hold water.
