Darling Homes - Edgestone at Legacy

I wouldn't buy another Darling home if they were the only builder left. I've had starter homes with better quality. Im not the original purchaser, but Darling has no business building homes. Switches in the wrong places, and no network/phone outlets in upstairs rooms. Should I blame the original homeowner instead? Poor quality cabinets. The list goes on.

Seeing way too many homes by this builder have massive red flags! These are almost a million dollar homes and thrown together sloppy and nothing is to code! I was in a brand new home 4 months since the buyer paid for it and I can stick my fingers thru the attic wall outside no weather barrier no siding nothing just a 1.5” Gap in a brand new home!!!! Shame on you for scamming new home owners it’s just disgraceful to Texans to do this to to us for the money paid!

My experience with Darling Homes was very good. Whenever we had problem at our house, they sent someone to fix the problems in our house. They made the buying process swift and easy. Super Helpful builder.

I think this is a beautiful subdivision with the natural pond, but the developer needs to build a retaining wall on those pond lots. It is not safe. Soil shifts and washes away. Frisco has active soil too. Gold Medal Pools and Texas Water Boys told us there must be a retaining wall.

The people that worker here are just rude and nasty. I just witnessed how a lady who drives a Lexus spoke to worker from another company who was just doing his job in my neighborhood. She was rude and nasty. I would never work with these people.
