Been with them for 9 months, great price, very responsive and any issues I’ve had they have addressed and or fixed immediately. The office staff has been very polite and patient with me (especially Donna)so for that I’m very pleased and hoping to renew my lease in 3 months!.

Would not recommend anyone deal with this company. They will waste your time. I applied for a property and no one followed through with any type of information. I had to continuously call and almost every time I received the same generic response, “we’re still processing your application”. Now admittedly I’ve never worked in property management, but I’ve never known it to take two+ weeks to approve or deny an applicant. 🤷🏾‍♂️. I received a follow up call from the property manager expressing the possibility of an approval on the property I applied for and was told I would need to move earlier than the date I was requesting and I informed her I would think it over and follow up with her. Upon following up with her just two days later it was like I was talking to an entirely different person.

Chris said she would accept me. I paid my deposit & she began to speak rudely to me. She would not wait for me to get all my paperwork in, as she promised. After I finally got everything in order I then saw she rented the house & did not keep her word. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM HER. All money is not good money & it will always come with a higher cost! Rent is high & no new appliances as well!

This lady is not a good property owner, make sure you carefully read your lease because she advertised this apartment as a month to month lease but switched it to a year lease. Without my knowledge. She is a sneaky money hungry individual that uses the old scamming ways to get by with stealing money from people who enter a lease with her. These apartments is in the hood and my light bill is 400$ in a 1 bedroom unit that is apart of a huge house with 2 other units. I pay 500 for this and 400$ in utilities. The house is leakingfrom the roof I have a rusted out stove and the refrigerator leaks really bad the wiring is so old the circuit breaker box shuts on its on. You have to keep switching it on and off to get the power to work.she isn't going to fix anything and she is going to blame u if

Terrible people. Crooks is what they are!! They didn't care about nothing but taking my money. They will put you in a place where the gas can't be turned on right away because you have to schedule for a meter to be put in the unit meanwhile you freeze. I would give them 0 stars!!
