Darby Knox District

I have lived at the Darby for the last 7 months and I can confidently say I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. There are plenty of great apartment buildings in Dallas, but what really sets this place over the top (in addition to its proximity to Knox street/Katy trail and modern units) is the leasing staff. From day one, they go up and beyond to ensure that you feel welcomed and cared for. My personal favorite is Cullen who has helped me out on a number of occasions, but all of them (Josselyne, Sofia, etc.) are extremely friendly and make up the charm of the community. They are the primary reason I have renewed my lease here and why I would love to be back with them for my future time at SMU.

I’ve had a great experience living at Darby Knox District. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in an amazing area with so much within walking distance. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes that really make it feel like home. What truly sets Darby Knox apart is the management and staff. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about their residents. Any questions or requests are handled quickly, and you always feel welcomed and valued. The overall atmosphere of the community is friendly and well-run. I’m very happy to call Darby Knox District home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in a prime location.

I have lived here for 4 years and LOVE this place! I just renewed my lease for another 15 months. You cannot beat this staff, location and the building is amazing! The staff is what makes this building exceptional. Taylor, Josselyne, Cullen and Sofia really roll out the red carpet. The building is well maintained, they are willing to go above and beyond and the resident events are so fun! If you are new to Dallas, or looking for a new home, I highly recommend Darby Knox District! 10 stars out of 10! Look no further!

I recently moved into Darby Knox and couldn’t be happier with my decision! The move-in process was seamless, and the team made everything so easy from start to finish. The community itself is amazing—everyone is so welcoming and friendly. My dog, Captain, has already made so many friends, which makes it feel even more like home. The amenities are truly unmatched and add so much to the overall living experience. Taylor, Cullen, and Joselyne have all been incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. On top of that, the maintenance team is fantastic—quick to respond and always efficient in resolving requests. Overall, I would easily give Darby Knox a 10/10. It’s a wonderful place to live, and I can confidently say I’ll be staying here for a while. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing community! The management team is hands down the best around. So professional, kind, attentive and their attention to detail is stellar. There is lots of competition around the neighborhood and my search ended here. You can truly tell by the upkeep of the building how much the team cares. Neighbors are great, love my apartment and love being so close to Katy Trail and Trader Joe's! 10/10!
