I rented with Dapore Realty for 4 years and had a wonderful experience. From day one, they were professional, responsive, and truly cared about their tenant. Anytime there was a concern or maintenance issue, they handled it quickly and always sent someone out right away. I never felt ignored or overlooked, they were always on top of everything. If I hadn’t been relocated for work, I would have happily continued renting with them.

Where should I start with this company, before move in I pointed out about 20 issues with the house ranging from exterior holes in the home, rotten wood, electrical issues and showers that were both leaking. He sent his stepson over which used my cleaning supplies and equipment to fixes issues. The house was dirty and smelled moldy upon moving in but I was desperate to move and they approved me. The landlord in writing put he would fix exterior wood rot with new hardie siding which he fixed by putting plywood up. Needless to say when the bathrooms molded after the first shower he sent the same “handyman” over and only painted the bathroom didn’t fix the actual issue just covered it up. I rented from Dapore Realty for almost 3 years and would still be there had I not decided to move out of the state.  They always treated me with respect and addressed any concerns with the landlord in a prompt and courteous manner. The office staff was always wonderful and very personable. I am very thankful especially when it came time to move out and start showing the house to new prospective tenants.  They were very conscious and respectful of my time. As an FYI for those who may have concerns, I did receive all of my security deposit back within the time frame that was noted in the lease.  They were also able to get it rented right away saving me from having to pay that last month of my lease.

I have rented with Mr. Dapore for several years. I have never had issues that I could complain about. He is professional and respectful. Any time I have asked for service to be done, he always responds quickly and gets someone out ASAP. He respects privacy and communicates well. I have no complaints and have recommended his company to several of my friends. Not sure why people have negative comments….. they are most likely not the best tenants to have in the first place…. just my opinion. I treat his property as if I were the one who owns it. Respect goes both ways. Some people need to learn that.

Highly recommend- I rented from Dapore realty for 4 years, the guys are great! if I ever had a problem I could call or email any time or day and a professional would be sent to deal with the issue.
