VRBO review A nice house is far superior to staying in a hotel. Usually. This was, hands down, the worst experience we have ever had with a vacation rental. A month after our stay and trying to work with management/owners, it’s time to give our honest review. After parking in the car port — not the garage promised in the property listing — and entering the front door, we found the misinformation about the garage wasn’t the only thing that would not match the property description. We spent close to an hour documenting the filth with 100+ pictures. These were sent to management. Their response was to send out their cleaning crew. Their window for cleaning is between 10:00 am (check out) and 5:00 pm (check in.) If they have a 7 hour window for cleaning and maintenance, why did we run into

Too much expectations lil pay

These people are crooked. I started a booking on VRBO. After completing the VRBO page, which was similar to other rentals I have done. They added additional charges and wanted payment through a secondary website. VRBO clearly warns against this. I was charged full price for backing out at that point.
