The office is so pleasant to work with. The apartments are clean and affordable. I’ll admit the walls and floors are very thin and my downstairs neighbors don’t love my 6-year-old son. But I’m grateful to have found this place! Highly recommend.

It’s been great staying here. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall experience has been excellent. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would happily recommend it to others.

I’ve been here since March and I’ve had little to no issues. There was a spider issue in the summer but it was taken care of quickly with pest control visits. The sense of urgency with maintenance could be a lot better honestly but other than that I’ve enjoyed living here. It’s quiet , I don’t have any crazy neighbor issues. Office managers have always responded quickly when I need something. Living here is temporary as I am expanding my family and will be looking for my forever home soon but my stay here has been really good.

It was good in the first half, but when I first moved in, my apartment was not clean. It was dirty, and the carpets were not clean at all. I even found mouse poop on my floor… My bottom and top neighbor is just noisy and obnoxious. I can’t even call the front desk without her recording my significant other’s call and her having an attitude. They can’t even keep the property clean. We called about a dead bird, and she went on to say, “Why would we clean it?” It’s called grounds keeping. Stop arguing. We called because people were going out of their way to step on the dead bird. They still didn't get the bird up and it’s been 3 weeks. Danish Village is a horrible place to live. The maintenance cannot even do their job. I requested maintenance for my toilet. I previously wrote a review about my negative experience living at these apartments, detailing how poor the management was when it came to ensuring my right to quiet enjoyment. I only took my review down when someone contacted me asking if I’d take it down. I relented until they offered me a one time 50 credit towards my rent and also said they would work on handling my issues. I accepted it in the hopes that things would get better, but they have only gotten worse. The only solution they offered me was that they would break my lease for no charge but as long as I move to a different one of their properties and pay another deposit and first month’s rent, or that I can break it for two months’ worth of rent.
