Considering that I am an active Licensed Real Estate agent in CA, I feel very qualified to give this great firm FIVE Stars! I moved from Carlsbad CA just a few weeks ago, I reached out to Ruthie Ravenel, as she was referred to me by a client currently living in Charleston SC. I was moving to Charleston and have never in my life, visited the area before, so I needed someone that I could trust to find a home long distance. I sent Ruthie a note about what we were looking for and she responded immediately. She set me up on an auto MLS email feed so I could take a look at what was being listed in the immediate area of Charleston. I found something that interested us and checked all the boxes, Ruthie attended an open house the first day, the home allowing showings using Facetime. We wrote

Missed a large firearm in the walk through, but at least they assured us they would notice if the air filter had been changed...most filthy filter I've ever seen. Also, don't mind the unhooked washer connections leaking into the garage flooding around unsafe electrical. Very short lived experience, but incredibly disappointing. One day I came home from lunch to a random car I didn’t notice in my driveway then once I parked another car quickly pulled up followed by one more car. It turned out to be the two property managers (Poole Holden and Steven Milonas) I have dealt with to rent the property. The third car turned out to be the owner himself, Daniel Ravenel. I asked repeatedly what was going on and the first response from Poole Holden was that he was there to give Steven Milonas the keys to my house and no real explanation as to why they were at my house. I then walked up to Steven and asked what was going on and he told me the owner of the house had passed away and that they need to inspect my house right then and there.
