Daniel was truly amazing and so passionate about his work. We were losing hope of finding someone who actually cared enough to help us, especially since we didn’t have the best credit. But he never gave up on us. He helped us find and rent a place when we really needed it, and he guided us through every step with patience and dedication. We chose Daniel to handle our home sale after researching many other agents and interviewing several others. He is experienced and very knowledgeable. He immediately had professional pictures taken and then listed the property on multiple platforms. When the inspection report cited a number of issues, Daniel made the arrangements to have the work completed, relieving us of that burden. After we had moved out and left the area, he even took care of returning our internet equipment for us. He steadfastly worked in our best interest and kept us informed throughout the process. He was always available to answer our questions, often responding almost immediately. Daniel is a most competent and caring professional who went above and beyond on our behalf. Very highly recommended.

Daniel is extremely lazy, unprofessional, and rude. The Florida Real Estate Commission will be receiving notice of this ethical concern as I was denied the ability to be shown a property prior to informally submitting application documents. I reached out via zillow to request a tour of a listed property. I have to submit a 60 day notice to depart from my current residence next month, so I am beginning to tour locations to decide if I will be making a move when ny current lease expires. Daniel called me shortly after I submitted the tour request saying that he needed to obtain my financial information (i.e. bank statements and income) to determine if I would qualify to rent before he would show me the property.
