Do NOT move here and especially do NOT work with Denise! They didn't clean carpets before we moved in, the oven couldn't open when we moved in, and maintenance has TRASHED our bathroom multiple times. This property management office is a NIGHTMARE to work with. We cannot wait to move out!

I moved into this complex almost immediately after graduating high school. I was nervous because I was completely alone in an unfamiliar area. It’s been a few months now and the things that U have noticed is that the people here keep to themselves. One of the biggest annoyances so far has been getting my assigned parking spot taken, the occasional smell of weed in the hallways, and the expenses of doing laundry. The staff here are incredibly friendly whenever I interact with them, and it makes me feel just a little more secure in this environment. It’s scary hearing and seeing the crime that goes on around this area, and even hearing concerning things in the hallways. Rent was decent, apartment was decent. When it came time to check out and do the move out walk through, none of us who lived in the unit could be there due to COVID-19. We understood at first, but then a little over an hour and a half we got an email stating that we would be charged $175 for carpet cleaning which had already been done and $175 for five hours of cleaning after we had just spent a week cleaning ourselves. We had the carpets cleaned prior, and when we told them we had them professionally cleaned, they didn’t ask for a receipt for proof. My roommate called to inquire about these charges, and the man who was helping her said that they automatically charge for five hours of cleaning as a “worst case scenario” and go from there. My apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1. Things in my apartment are always breaking and I have to ask maintenance multiple times to come fix things, big or small. Sometimes they still don't show up. The community laundry room is always dirty and the dryer is constantly breaking. The building itself is always disgusting and the hallways have garbage laying around, same with the parking lot. When I bring a concern to the attention of management, they say they will do something about it right away and nothing ever happens. There are constantly police or the fire department being called to respond to something going on in the building. Also, the smell of pot is commonplace. Just disappointment after disappointment. Definitely not wort
