WoW! How unprofessional they are! They threatenned applicants right at the end of the escrow not to give them the loan if their employer doeasn't call them with certain information! That does not make any sense at all! Anyone knows that employers give information as a courtesy and they don't have time to be calling the mortgage companies or to get involved in the process of a mortgage loan, imagine if an employer with thousands of employees has to call hundreds of different mortgage companies a week? Totally unfair to the applicants to have to depend on that to be granted their loans. I feel sorry for my neighbor who had to go through this nightmare.
