My Buyers Agent and I did the proper thing and requested a showing. You granted the showing and allowed us to view the property. You wasted our time, energy and emotion(much more valuable things than money). What you failed to say before any of this was that the property owner did not really want to sell and that putting it on the market was just a desperate move and they were actively seeking tenants. We told you we were interested in it, and you said great and then 2 hours later said the property was rented and pulled from the market.
