This company has made Christmas 2017 the worse Christmas ever for my family. Please be careful before you decide to rent a property through Dames Pointe realty. First off, I applied for a property and was approved to move in. I paid my deposit to hold the property. 3 days before my move in date I called to pay the first months rent and sign the lease and was advised by Vernon that the property had been sold by the owner and that me and my family could no longer move in (this is two weeks before Christmas). I was advised that I could come and pick up my deposit but I would not be refunded the application fee. The application fee was $45.00. I do not have $45.00 to just give anyone, I could see if my application had been denied or it had been my fault that I wasn't able to move in. I think t
