I typically do not write reviews, but my experience with this management team compels me to speak out. During the few months I resided there, I paid nearly $2,500 per month in rent. Despite this, an unexplained charge of $207 was sent directly to collections without any prior notice. Both my spouse’s and my contact information—including email addresses and phone numbers—were on file, yet no attempt was made to reach out before taking such an extreme step. It is unreasonable and deeply frustrating that a resident consistently paying substantial monthly rent would be treated this way over such a minor and unverified amount. Additionally, management’s responsiveness to resident concerns was consistently disappointing. Complaints about issues such as dog waste were acknowledged but never reso

My husband and I just signed a new lease because Johnnea has really done wonders turning around the property! She has made Dalton a great place to live, thank you Johnnea for all that you do, you really work hard and it shows!

I normally don't leave reviews, but this needs to be addressed. I have rented from Dalton for almost a year. It was live preferred when I moved in. I now know Live Preferred only builds and sell their properties. Now it's owned by dietz, and they stated everything will remain the same. Well, so far, after almost a month, it hasn't. I pay a live well fee of sixty dollars a month to "live well," and I'm not living well. Every morning prior to dietz taking ownership, an employee would walk the property and make sure things were tidy on the property. They would make sure all the torches were lit. Make sure the games were put back. Make the property was presentable. None of that happens anymore, no lit torches, no grounds walk maintenance, no upcoming monthly events displayed by the ma

Website to pay rent never works and still every month has issues. I have to call every month and ask them to update the site just so i can pay. They use american lighting and power for 2 bedrooms heat kept at 64 and my electric bill is over 300 a month so factor in a. major electric bills as it is third party and the complex wants to save money. so we end up paying for it. like a lot.
