Dalton Pointe Apartments

Please do not LIVE here. These apartments used to be called “Stoneridge apartments” before they became Dalton Pointe. They switch up management constantly. The current managers are terrible. They don’t care about anything. The apartments are infested with roaches and there’s mold EVERYWHERE. We would report problems to them and they wouldn’t care. Everyone there also smokes marijuana especially around children. Several children that live there are also unsupervised. Not even a month after we moved out, we received an “unpaid fee” that got sent to collection!! Management claimed that we left a mess behind when we clearly had evidence of a clean and empty apartment because we knew they were capable of accusing us. They also like to charge unreasonable fees every month. Management is also NE

I have only lived here for about 3 months and am already impressed by Kayla & Britney's dedication to making this property an exceptional one. It starts, I believe, in keeping your word and doing what you say you will do. Before I moved in, the carpet was replaced, it was freshly painted and I was told the flooring had been replaced. However, when I moved in I found that the flooring had not been replaced and asked Kayla why. She had been told by the flooring company that it had been replaced and immediately was on the case! She got an appointment scheduled for the next week and once again we were disappointed with that particular company when they did not show up for the scheduled installation. Kayla swung into action again and scheduled an appointment with a new flooring company. T

I’ve been hospitalized 2xs due to pneumonia that came from the mold in our unit. Im currently being treated for the growth on my left lung that came from black mold induced pneumonia which is toxic and can also be deadly I had mushrooms growing in my unit. If u value your life stay away from here. I was finally able to get away and I did.

Great place to live. Staff is very helpful and apartments are close to everything and super spacious.

***This is not a review of the apartments, (that is a whole nother story), 😔 but rather a review for Sarah from the resident experience team**** Sarah is excellent. She checks in on me and helps me escalate my maintenance issues to get them resolved quickly. I am so so grateful to have her assigned to me. She is personable, professional, efficient and very pleasant to work with. Thank you Sarah for all you have done to help me with my apartment's many issues. I appreciate you.
