I can’t speak to their customer service during construction because we didn’t buy new. However, after buying one of their model homes that was 4 years old, I would describe it as “lipstick on a pig.” All their finishes give you the impression the home is well built, however they are just hiding the cut corners that lie behind the drywall. Our home inspection noted possible leaks, which the previous owner assured us had been corrected. The leaks continued and when I removed the siding it was clear the waterproofing was installed incorrectly, if at all. The cap flashing was bent over so it gave the appearance it was installed correctly, when actually it was creating a damn to hold water. The plastic wrap was still on the windows so the flashing tape couldn't seal to the frame correctly. Som

We bought our house in July of 2022 in Sanger, TX. We first started seeing problems the first few months in our home. The first problem was a water spot on our ceiling. We reached out to the home warranty company they provide and they sent someone out to assess the situation. The person said the roof was missing some flashing (we believed it was the furnace). The roofer came and fixed some flashing on the roof. We still had mold and water stains in our home that weren't covered by the warranty (we were told this via email by the company). My husband was able to get ahold of the builder and he sent someone to "fix" the drywall. We then had a private inspector come out before our one year and there were several things that he noted to be fixed. We sent in his report and have still yet to hea

The quality, design and layouts were exceptional! It was everything we wanted!
