The stay is ok but they should let u know what you forgot and ask do you want it back especially if you still lived here just in a different building.

ENTIRE COMPLEX IS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS AND ROACHES. DO NOT MOVE HERE ! RIDDLED WITH TRASH LOOKS LIKE AN ABANDONED PROPERTY! WASHERS AND DRYER DO NOT WORK! APARTMENT MANANGER BRUCE WALKS THE PROPERTY ALL NIGHT SPYING ON TENANTS.

I was so excited when I first moved in. Ms. Jody was great! I loved the size and the layout and the fact that each building only had 4 apartments. I moved in February when the weather was still good, but as soon as summer came, my AC couldn't keep up. I kept putting in work orders and they would "fix it" , then I was finally told "well the sun shines right on the back of your apartment so the AC unit just can't keep up and will run the entire time and no you can NOT put a window unit in" that was summer 2013 when the temp stayed 100 or more 90% of the time. The office was pretty much never open. When you sign the lease you will be told how safe it is and how there is a curfew , that you can't be gathered around outside after a certain time... none of that is true. People are always hanging

Horrible!!! Very small 3bd apt and the A/C unit can't keep up with the heat. I've had to run alot of weatherstripping around doors and windows because the building is just old. Wake up to roaches daily despite the cleanliness of ur apt. Was told by landlord this was a quiet place, which was really what I needed, but some tenants are loud and out all times of the night (3am). People throw their trash anywhere but in the dumpster (for Christmas a half eaten turkey was in the driving area). The dryers hardly work as I started going to the laundry mat to do my washing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who could afford/find better. Very ghetto over there.

So far so good since December 2024 besides my baby’s stroller being stolen :(.
