Unprofessional, dishonest, misleading and unexperienced. Poor experience with Lisa Wetula. She listed a rental home for her son. She had no knowledge of his requirements for renting yet showed the house anyway. We were up front about our situation and wrote a letter to explain our interest and family. We had to follow up multiple times asking the requirements (income, credit) so we could know if we qualified BEFORE applying. We shared the above information with her, and again, requested a list of specific requirements noting we did not want to spend the money to apply if we wouldn't qualify.
