Realtor was the daughter of the seller. Replaced A/C that I negotiated as part of the purchase, it was installed unpermitted by the seller. The line set (part of the HVAC unit) , which was hidden, by a bar by the pool was not replaced and once discovered is 40 years old and does not meet the current county building code. The realtor wanted me to pull the permit for their hired HVAC installation prior to closing. Previous/Current pool leaks undisclosed as required by law. Emailed broker, Dale Sorensen, directly and received zero response. Do not use as seller or buyer agent. This house was purchased by a 100%, paraplegic, legally blind, disabled veteran who was given zero honesty, courtesy or respect. Sad Buyer/Sellers beware.

Excellent real estate company in Vero barrier island. Worked with Matilda Sorensen. She was great. Proactive, very knowledgeable, focused, friendly, a really nice person as well. Even shown houses not yet on the market. She has knowledge of everything on the island. I would highly recommend.

Do NOT buy a house from mike young. He is a liar and a con artist! He will say anything it takes to sell you a house about to crumble to the ground! He sold me a house knowing it was infested with termites and that it had lots of problems! It was all found in previous inspections 6 months prior. But my inspection (who mike hand picked) passed just fine. Everyone who came after i purchased it said this house should not have passed inspection. He sold this house for a friend who happens to be a law informant officer in town! Very shady people!!! Dont trust anyone from this company!!!! They will screw you over and put you in debt in a heart beat!!!!

Melissa Murphy is completely unprofessional and very rude, and the office doesnt seem to care when their agents treat people like garbage. Jennifer Brooks on the other hand was helpful and consistent.
