Dakota Manor is at a great location. Right in the middle of everything. Great value too! Tori, Jessica & the rest of Tori's crew in the Timberland Office is friendly & professional. You get much more than you pay for with their tenant customer service here. Chris in maintenance is top-shelf too. Conscientious & friendly with the couple light fixes we've needed. Never needed to call back for anything, repaired right the first time. A rare dog friendly complex with a dog park included which is nice. They also just put on all brand-new decks. I highly recommend this Goldmark property.
The laundry room is easily my favorite part
