There communication isnt very professional nor consistent they don't follow through with what they say there going to do meaning as work orders are concerned ive gone with out heat and a leaking toilet ceiling leaking water these issues are now yet tobe addressed for I dont to continue to live here much further my lease isnt up until July 2026 and once again I cant get no answer from the main corporate office to return my call about terminating my lease I have lived here since 2023 these issues arent new irs been exculating I time now is why im chosing to leave these are photos that need to be patched up unfortunately the manager chooses to refuse to return my phone call after leaving numbers messages for her to call and there is dry wall damage out side my front my picture window that the

Thank you to the new management team for posting a noise complaint to ALL residents in our side of the building in order to address a legitimate noise incident from the night before that they were unable to identify from the original complaint. Even the empty units in the building received this notice, people that havent been home for 2+ days, recent move outs... End of this lease could not come any sooner.

Honestly, Sylvia is a compassionate property manager. She helped me get into a unit when I needed it most. The apartments are a little old, as most of Santa Fe is. The unit I lived in was livable and I appreciated the dog park. As someone who has lived in Albuquerque in many apartments, it’s definitely apartment living. My neighbors were pleasant and I felt safe. The price of rent is so high in this town, I couldn’t afford to live on my own so I moved out. It wasn’t a long stay but it did the job of providing a suitable place to live for the moment.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place has inspired me. Please do not rent here, it is a horribly managed apartment complex. After applying for a 2 bedroom apartment I was approved but was informed the 2 bedroom was given away, so I had to take a "1 bedroom", but could upgrade to a 2 bedroom when one became available. Upon moving in I discovered their one bedroom is actually a studio with no walls or closet doors, so not a 1 bedroom ar all. The shower spout was so crusted with black gunk I had to use a wrench to unclog it and turn the shower on, the apartment had not been cleaned and their were dead bugs and dust everywhere, the oven handle is broken, and all of the drains are so slow it leaves rings in the sink and tub. The maintenance was never done. I don't know why it said that it was replaced when no one ever came over see the problem. IDK (I'll have to ask them)
