⭐️ 1-Star Review – WARNING DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT move into these apartments! From the moment we moved in, it was nothing but problems. Late fees were applied to our account in the first month — how is that even possible? When we tried to get it fixed, there was zero communication from property management. Because those fees stayed on our account, they kept piling up EVERY SINGLE MONTH. The property manager who was there when we moved in vanished. For three months, there was NO ONE in the office. When a new manager finally showed up, we had to start from scratch explaining the problem — they said they’d “look into it” and then ghosted us, letting the fees keep stacking. Our check-in list was never completed. Many units are independently owned, so getting help is basically impossible.

They don't have recycling. It's 2025, come on now. Trash piles up all around the dumpsters. To top it all off, the pool heater was broken and the hot tub was cold, run down and dirty. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
