When I moved in, there were beautiful bushes and landscape, now it looks worse than a military base. I have lived here for 8 years now and I've never been more disappointed in the turnover of ownership and/or companies. Not even sure who has it. They can't hold on to employees. They've taken away the beauty of the atmosphere, what you can and cannot have outside. You no longer have a yard that you can call your own space like a townhouse should have. I could go on and on. If I had the ability to move, I would. This place has gone downhill for the last six years and it's sad they don't care about their tenants except for their rent, late fees, and heaven forbid you get nothing extra. We're lucky to keep a maintenance person or an actual property manager that does more than just push a penci

they'll get your hopes up by showing you the place, saying its your's and that you'll love it and then right at the end of your paper application, if you dont have credit and your on SSDI or SSI, or unemployed, they'll tell you to get a co signer and if you dont have anybody that can co sign for you they will give the unit to the next people, without asking you if you can find another co signer. so you're better off looking else where and they have new management. THE RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW IS COMPLETLY FALSE THEY ONLY GAVE US A FEW DAYS AVOID THIS PROPERTY AND MANAGEMENT

They don’t answer the phones, don’t return voicemails, and their emergency phone number voicemail is full and is never answered. They don’t take care of any maintenance or emergencies.

I've been here for 2 years and Chris and randy have been very helpful and know what they are doing very knowlegable. I am very impressed that Chris knows what goes on in the community of Grand forks with everything going on she pops an email out about drive up food shelfs to us tenants and if there is help for our rent she will help us with the application if we are having difficulties. Chris and Randy goes above and beyond and they definitely takes care of their tenants.

I have never lived in a rental property that has a Management Team as amazing as Chris and Randy! One call and they're on it! If they can figure it out, they find someone who can. Always very Friendly and take the time to visit if they see us outside. I never feel like I'm being rushed out if I have a question. Love them and Love living here
