Dahlia Apartments

I can't say enough good things about this place! I looked at quite a few apartments during my search and chose this one because I immediately felt welcomed by the property manager, Kayla and even the lead maintenance manager, José. The building is clean and well taken care of and the neighborhood is very safe. Both Kayla and José respond immediately to requests and are truly kind humans. Definitely add 895 Dahlia to your list when looking for places. My experience here has been pretty perfect!

Wonderful apartments! The area this is located, very safe to live here. The building itself is quiet, friendly neighbors and excellent property Manager Kayla and the maintenance Jose and his team are great! Whenever something needed to be fixed, the maintenance and property manager are able to address any problems within a timely manner and their communication is great too. The RTD transport bus 10 is across the street making it quite convenient without a vehicle for getting where you need to go whether that be downtown Denver or any other nearby locations. As well, plenty of businesses in this location within walking distance a grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops, plenty of eateries and a flower shop, movie theater, hospital too. OVERALL, definitely recommend living here at DAHLIA APART

Super noisy cause close by daycare and summer was very hot cause window AC.

If I could rate this place a negative I would. I was suppose to meet with the property management and this girl left me waiting 15 minutes out in the cold. I called and texted her, but no response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will definitely not be living here .

Good apartment. Management responds fast to texts.
