they own my son's apt. He lost his job over Covid & got behind on his rent. They added so many charges, that his rent went from $545 to $1,200. My son is also handicapped & they made no consideration. His kitchen & bathroom have constantly flooded over & over..... it's still not fixed. SLUM LORDS. I have called/emailed the owner's in Miami with no return response. PLEASE, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.....YOU WILL BE SORRY.

This company has to be the most fraudulent company! I gave them a security deposit for an apartment I never moved into. They have yet to give it back. They don’t answer phone calls, emails or faxes! Anyone else going through this please get back to me , we can file a class action suit ASAP!

They are Slum Owner's they Dont fix anything at the Point, Park or Square Apts in Memphis Tn on Hickory Hill & Knight Arnold. I'm trying to hire the Right Attorney( I have met with 2 ) so I can file a Lawsuit against them.My Sockets keep going out, I have No Heat & I have 3 kids !!Its Cold here in Memphis!! They have No Remorse or Care as long as you pay rent.( They still Dont fix anything) I went to Walmart & purchase heaters/ heating blankets. The Property Manager Jeremy told me that he would bring heaters to my Townhouse until they fix my heat ( No Show/No Heater's) The Office is Close & they gone home to a warm home with Heat!! They quick to put Unprofessional Post/Paper on your door about late Rent..I contacted the Code Enforcement & The News. If I could give 0 stars I would

I hope you never have to speak with these people. EVERY (Yes, every) single option in their phone system sends you DIRECTLY to voicemail. "We'll call you back in 24 hours." And they never respond. They will jerk you around and degrade you over the phone if you're lucky enough to get a hold of them. Working with this company is like trying to run after a cheetah that doesn't want to be caught

Have no dealing with this “company.” Moved out July 7th 2021 and never received my security deposit back. Never late on rent, left apartment in great condition. They refuse to respond to emails and phone calls. Illegal activity going on. Hope they are held responsible for wrongdoing.
