D & G Equity Management

D & G equity management has been my landlord on and off for the past 10 years. They do a great job. They’re very responsive to my needs and keep in orderly office. I rent a commercial office space from them in downtown Guerneville which they keep in good condition and take care of all the maintenance issues. They are responsive when I call them and have any needs and are always friendly and courteous.

D&G Equity Management of Guerneville has an excellent reputation for their property management standards and services. They do an excellent job communicating with their tenants for various reasons. Be it for any maintenance needs of property, introducing new members of the team or just generally checking in to make sure you are satisfied with your rental. They value your feedback to see if there is any room for improvement with their services - which is huge! I have been with D&G for two years and have high regards for the team at D&G.

I've rented through D&G Equity Managment since 2020-2025 and have consistantly experienced excellent and responsive service from Jill DeProto and colleagues Pete and Carley. They all run a very busy company with efficiency, professionlism, and with an approach that always made me feel like I was their priority. It's because of Jill that I found a great place to call home and I am grateful for her efforts and to the supportive staff that made renting worry-free. I highly recommend D&G Equity to anyone looking for a company that cares about their tenants and property owners as well.

Jill and Pete were very quick to respond to the two leaks that broke out in the wall. I am really glad that we decided to fully address the issue. The contractors did a very good job. But they failed to replace an electrical socket which still remains hanging loose from its box. Can you please send someone over to put the outlet back in the box? I already sent Pete a pic of the problem. Thank you.

*****BEWARE LIKELY A SCAM***** This place demanded a full application with social securty number, and a ton of other personal info before even scheduling a showing, I think it might be a scam to steal info. The application is very long, I got about halfway through it (15 minutes) and then their webpage broke and I lost all my progress. I called and let them know I felt uncomfortable with the application and had a 800 credit score and around 10x the rent in gross monthly income. They decided I was not worth showing the property to, which doesn't seem legitimate, as the property has not been rented for 4 months. Either they are incredibly lazy and do not want to do showings, or they are a scam to steal personal info.
