BUYERS AND AGENTS BEWARE MLS listing promised “beautifully renovated” with “major upgrades” and “peace of mind for years to come.” Unfortunately, that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Within days of moving in, I had to spend thousands on repairs, including fixing unsafe wiring that was not to code, plumbing issues, and very poor craftsmanship throughout. As a first-time homebuyer, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering these properties.

They have been told multiple times to leave me alone but yet they keep door knocking and calling me and texting me and emailing me. I have no idea how they got any of this information other than my address. Extremely aggressive, very persistent and overall seems very shady when I asked for who actually owns this company.

This company is legit. We just bought a property from them, and everything went super smooth from start to finish. I saw a review saying they ‘half-ass’ things, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. They were super helpful the whole way through—and even after closing, when a small issue popped up, they came out and fixed it for free. You don’t get that kind of service often. I even had my inspector go extra hard because of that other review, but there was barely anything on the report. Honestly, the folks who had a bad experience probably just had a one-off. These guys are easily the best people to work with when it comes to buying or selling a house

Contacted me about a property I am only affiliated with by relation to the home owner. Very persistent even after being told “no” in very explicit terms.
